I recently stayed at Judges Pool Motel for an extended fishing trip with my whanau. The staff was lovely and the facilities were great for our needs. We loved the outdoor BBQ/picnic area and the kitchen in our own little cottage. The room was clean and quiet, and we enjoyed the short walk to trout fishing on the river. The separate sleeping areas and secluded deck off the bedroom were also a nice touch.

Jill at Judges Pool Motel was very friendly and had turned on the heater in our room before we arrived. I especially appreciated the luxurious sheets and the free Wifi. I would definitely recommend this place to people.

The units were fantastic. They were large, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts Jill & Chris have a wealth of valuable tips and information and are more than happy to share their knowledge with you. Also the motel is away from the main highway with no traffic noise. Of all the motels we stayed in on our nz trip, Judges Pool Motel was the best by far for the price and facilities.

We had a delightful stay at a cozy accommodation near Tongariro. The rooms were neat and equipped with a full kitchen, perfect for longer stays. The Tui bird song added to the lovely ambiance. During our visit, we had a great time fishing on the nearby river, thanks to the short walk from the motel. The staff was friendly, and the facilities, including the outdoor BBQ area, made us feel like we had our own little cottage. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep. we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tongariro. I would happily book this accommodation again.

We enjoyed the warm welcome we received from the hosts at Judges Pool Motel. They allowed us to use their PC to access the internet. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean.

We had a great stay at this motel in Turangi. The owner and the whole team were incredibly kind and helpful. They even offered fish cleaning and storage space for those visiting for fly fishing. The location was excellent, surrounded by beautiful nature. The unit was small but fully functional, with easy parking right outside. We also enjoyed white water rafting on the Tongariro river. a fantastic experience at Judges Pool Motel. See you soon again!

My credit card wouldn't be accepted at check in, and my advice on how to do it was not heeded by the lady at front desk.

Well-designed rooms, comfortable bedding, beautiful surroundings, friendly and helpful staff, flexible checkout, actual air conditioning.

This place is absolutely amazing! The location is situated in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The staff here are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure great customer service. The room amenities are top-notch, with everything you could possibly need such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. Furthermore, the room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a balcony, sitting area, and dining table. The hotel also offers fantastic leisure facilities, including BBQ facilities, a sun terrace, and a garden area. And let's not forget the excellent Wi-Fi connection that allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of this hotel is perfect as it is within close proximity to the town centre and a national park. This makes it convenient for day trips and exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing air conditioning for comfort on hot days. the owner is friendly and helpful in providing information about local attractions.

The wifi connection was inconsistent, causing some inconvenience for those reliant on internet connection.

Very quiet motel in a beautiful setting. Comfortable beds & good heating.

An extra easy chair rather than a fourth bed would have been better for us. There was no oven but we did manage with the microwave. A lick of paint would freshen up this motel but it was perfectly comfortable as is & we will stay there again.
